Sustainability

The building fits into the morphology of the landscape with minimal visual impact and the interiors use natural materials from the local area. A technological center produces electricity, heating and cooling through clean, renewable sources such as biomass, cogeneration and solar panels, for a reduction in CO2 emissions of 1.130t year. The rainwater harvesting and the management of the laundry room are orientated towards maximum water savings.
